This site is intended as a photo gallery to showcase the wonderful wildlife that can be found in the county of Cape May,
as well as to act as a resource for identification. All sections will be added to as new photos become available, but such well-known groups as birds and mammals are not intended to be comprehensive here as
there are plenty of readily available books covering these groups.
You will also find a section covering the landscapes and wildlife habitats that Cape May is justly famous for, as well as a glossary to help you understand some of the technical terms that it is
necessary to use to identify some of the trickier groups. Finally, there is a reference section which gives due credit to the various sources that were used when
compiling this site.
